PersonaStudio is a self-hosted tool that helps the operator create content and manage their own social media accounts. It is provided "as is" without warranty.
By connecting a social account, you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that account and that your use complies with the connected platform's terms (including TikTok's Developer Terms, Instagram Platform Policy, YouTube API Terms). PersonaStudio acts only within the scopes you grant.
You agree not to use PersonaStudio for spam, harassment, impersonation of others, or any activity that violates a platform's rules or applicable law. Automated actions (replies, follows) are performed at your direction and remain your responsibility.
You retain ownership of content you create. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content and personas comply with each platform's disclosure and authenticity requirements.
The operator runs this software at their own risk. The authors are not liable for account suspensions, data loss, or damages arising from use.
These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.
